Here’s a very fitting cocktail for the all of us on the East Coast this weekend, at least till things get serious by Saturday night!

Our twist on a Classic Hurricane Cocktail!

1 1/2 oz Light Rum (I prefer a good quality Rum. 10 Cane or Banks)

1 oz Dark Rum ( I prefer Myers or Ron Zacappa)

2 oz Passion Fruit juice or purée

1 oz Pineapple Juice

Splash of fresh Lime Juice

Splash of Creme De Noyax

Shake all ingredients together vigorously in a Boston Shaker till slightly frothy and strain into a Hurricane Glass over ice.
